Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence (BGCLK) is currently accepting registrations for summer programming. Every child must enroll in the summer program if they want to participate. School-year enrollment will NOT automatically roll-over into our summer programs. 

Enrollment is open to all youth age 5-19 who have completed kindergarten through 2025 high school graduates. Applications for enrollment will be accepted for ALL families—current and non-current members, as well as youth outside of USD497—on a first-come, first-serve basis. Paper forms are no longer available. If you need help completing online enrollment, please contact kholder@bgclk.org.

Online enrollment is open now through Friday, February 28.

Please note: If you are a new member, you will need to click “Need a login?” on the Parent Portal on MyClubHub to get started.

SUMMER PROGRAM INFORMATION

Dates and Hours

• All locations will be open 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday, June 2-Friday, July 25.
• All locations will be CLOSED June 19 in observance of Juneteenth and July 4-5 in observance of Independence Day.

Cost

• Elementary programs // Standard fee of $400 per month, per child. Scholarships are available for eligible families. For questions regarding financial assistance, please contact osoykan@bgclk.org.
• Teen program // Free.

IMPORTANT

• If your child(ren) is not currently enrolled, a full enrollment packet will need to be completed for each child. Current members only need to complete the additional one-page summer form for each child.
• If your child(ren) is enrolled for a spot, you will receive confirmation from our online Parent Portal and/or be contacted by your site leadership staff with confirmation.
• If the program is full, you will be notified that your child(ren) has been placed on a waitlist.

SUMMER PROGRAM LOCATIONS

To be determined. We anticipate having four elementary locations and one teen location, which will be announced at a later date.
