All-day summer programming means field trips, friends and fun galore! Here’s what you need to know about summer at BGCLK.

Important Dates: 

• Enrollment is open to everyone (regardless of current membership status) from April 3-May 5. Enrollment closes at 6 pm on May 5.
• Summer program begins on Monday, June 5 and ends on Friday, July 28.
• Closed Monday, June 19 to observe Juneteenth.
• Closed Monday, July 3 and Tuesday, July 4 to observe Independence Day.

Program Times: 

• Program runs from 7:30 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday.

Locations: 

• Broken Arrow Elementary (Broken Arrow & Prairie Park)
• Langston Hughes Elementary (Langston Hughes, Quail Run and Sunflower)
• New York Elementary (New York & Cordley)
• Woodlawn Elementary (Woodlawn, Pinckney & Deerfield)
• Sunset Hill Elementary (Sunset Hill, Hillcrest & Schwegler)
• Center for Great Futures (6-12^th grade students)

Fees:

Elementary: 

• Full price: $320/child/month. A $160 deposit is due at enrollment.
  • Scholarships – Completed through MyClubHub during enrollment
    • 25%: $240/child/month
    • 50%: $160/child/month
    • 75%: $80/child/month

Center for Great Futures (Middle and High School):

• $25 fee

Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack:

• Breakfast and lunch is provided at all schools.
• There is no cost for breakfast and lunch.
• BGCLK will provide snack at ALL locations.
