Laila Reetz Named 2026 Youth of the Year; Jensen Aitken Named Junior Youth of the Year

Laila Reetz was named the 2026 Youth of the Year at the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence’s annual competition. This year also marked the first time the Club awarded a Junior Youth of the Year honor, with Jensen Aitken earning the recognition.

Both students shared how the Club has shaped their confidence, leadership, and growth.
