Fall Enrollment for 2025–26 School Year Now Open
It’s official—enrollment for the 2025–26 school year is LIVE! Families can log in using the Parent Portal to get started.
Fall enrollment is open from April 18 through May 30 and, as always, operates on a first-come, first-served basis. All youth must re-enroll. This includes youth who are currently attending or already enrolled for summer—everyone must complete a new enrollment to ensure we have updated information for the new school year (for example, current medical forms, contact info, etc.).
IMPORTANT:
- The annual fee is $1,800 per child for all sites except Prairie Park, Schwegler, and the Center for Great Futures. Families may pay in full or set up monthly payments through autopay.
- Scholarships are available for families who qualify for free or reduced lunch. Please email osoykan@bgclk.org for more information. Even if your child has previously received a scholarship through BGCLK, all families must reapply. This helps us ensure we have accurate and up-to-date information for the 2025–26 school year.
- Fees will be waived for all members attending Prairie Park, Schwegler and the Center for Great Futures, due to funding from the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant.
- Each Club site has a capacity cap. If your site is listed as “full” in the portal, please contact Kenton Holder, Director of Operations, at kholder@bgclk.org to be placed on the waitlist. Site capacities will be reevaluated throughout the enrollment period. Providing a safe, supportive environment remains our top priority.
