Youth of the Year is the premier recognition program for the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence. One and all are invited to hear the amazing stories of our candidates on Thursday, January 25, 2024.

Sponsored by Mid America Bank, Youth of the Year is the most important event we do. Club members who earn the prestigious Youth of the Year title embody the values of leadership, service, academic excellence and healthy lifestyles. They serve as shining examples of the impact that the Boys & Girls Club has on young people, enabling them to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.

Join us at the Lied Center of Kansas for this superb showcase of three of our teens! The event is FREE and open to the public. Please RSVP here for an accurate guest count. Doors open for everyone at 6 p.m. for the Candidate Reception, complete with delectable hors d’oeuvres and beverages! The program will begin at 7 p.m.
