Join the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence in a  1K Fun Run to celebrate Juneteenth! We will be running along Massachusetts St. from W. North Park St. (outside of the old Fuzzy’s building) down to 7th St. and back. Entry is completely FREE, plus the first 50 entrants get a FREE t-shirt (below)!

After the run, the Lawrence, Kansas Juneteenth committee will be hosting a large celebration in South Park with a parade, live music, food vendors, an underground railroad tour, and a kids zone.

We’ll be enjoying the fun all day, so let’s start it off with a bang!

*Shirts will be given to the first 50 people to sign up using the link. Eligible entrants will be asked to provide their shirt sizes. Only available while supplies last. After 50 people sign up, the option for the shirt sizes will be removed from the registration. Pre-registration is not necessary to join the fun run, and participants may sign up on the day of. Shirt sizes not guaranteed.
