At the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence, we are on a mission to inspire and enable every young person to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens. We do this by offering targeted programs that focus on academic success, healthy lifestyles and good character and citizenship.

AmeriCorps gets things done for America – building safer, stronger, healthier, and more united communities across the nation. Through these extraordinary acts of citizenship by ordinary Americans, AmeriCorps members gain valuable skills – plus professional and educational benefits. Most importantly, their service has a lasting impact on the children in Lawrence.
