BGCLK 2022 Restructure

The Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence has shifted to a Unit Director model of site supervision, starting on August 1, 2022. This structure is used in Boys & Girls Clubs across the country and will serve to further empower our site leadership. 

Directors of Programs Lindsay Bertels and Jamel Malone will each supervise 6 and 7 Unit Directors, respectively. The Center for Great Futures remains unaffected by this restructure and continues to be led by the CGF Unit Director and Director of Teen Services. Please refer to the organizational chart below for further clarification.
